Parenting Coordinator/Decision-Maker
Once a parenting time order is established, a Parenting Coordinator/Decision-Maker may be appointed to help implement the Parenting Plan. A PC/DM can help parents in high-conflict matters reach resolutions or clarify parenting time schedules faster than the Court. The PC/DM always keeps the children’s best interests in mind, which is at the heart of the PC/DM role. When having an attorney appointed as a PC/DM, you can rest assured that we are focused on your children and can help guide you and your former partner through contentious matters with the goal of doing what is best for your children.
Estate Planning and Probate Administration
Allen Weaver will work with you to customize your estate plan. He guide you through the estate planning process and help you determine what documents best suit your needs and your situation. Allen will help you determine whether you need a Will, Trust, General Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, or any other estate plan documents.
When a loved one has passed, with or without an estate plan, Allen will guide the grieving family through the process of dealing with the loved one’s affairs.
